Interested families may contact the school at any time for an interview with the Head of School and the Admissions Director, an overview of the program and a tour of the school. This interview is informal and includes a thorough explanation of our curriculum, a tour of our campus, and plenty of time to ask questions and have questions answered. Parents are encouraged to visit The Island School first to determine whether or not it is a good match for their family before bringing their children to visit.

Held each year during the last two weeks of January, this event (for parents only) provides an in-depth overview of the school’s mission, philosophy, curriculum, policies and practices, as well as an opportunity to meet the Head of School, the faculty, and to tour the school. You will also be invited to schedule an interview with the Head of School and the Admissions Director. Contact the main office at any time to request a postcard reminder about this event.
