Thanks to the generous support of our community,
The Island School thrived in 2010-2011 and continued
to build on more than 30 years of meeting
each child’s unique educational needs.
In 2010-2011, we:
Extended financial aid to 30% of our families

Continued to enhance our curriculum,
including adding Spanish
*
Experienced strong retention of
both students and faculty
*
Supported local causes such as Helpline House and Ometepe,
and held a philanthropic Market Day
*
Achieved our highest enrollment in recent history
We are committed to building on this success
for future generations and have launched our
Strategic Plan through 2015:
